I waited 2 months to get a pre-order racquet. I have to follow up back to back and all they have to say was about the supply chain issue. Finally, they shipped my order and I have to again follow up because my package was stuck during transit for a week. After all this it reached me and I have to pay a customs fee for it again. So please keep this in mind if you are placing an order from another country. I was happy to receive the product I ordered even after paying the customs fee and I opened the package and found out a part of the order is missing. I contacted customer care and they royally ignored my concern. They were responding to me till the previous day though. Anyways I'm happy with the product and I was happy with the customer service in the beginning but not in the end.

I would give them this company zero stars If I could.
So i order a pair of Yonex Badminton shoes in a colourway not available in the UK. The shoe was on sale at £45. I looked around the site, couldn't find anything else I wanted. But I really wanted the shoes so proceeded to checkout and paid £41 for postage.
2 days later I receive a email expecting it to be a shipping notification email. Instead the main body of the text read this "For orders shipped outside the continental USA, in certain cases where the shipping cost is excessively high, we request separate payment for shipping fee to cover half of the cost" and wanted an additional £37.50.
When I said I wouldn't pay they cancelled my order.
The item is a size uk8 pair of shoes weighing no more then 1.5kg. I don't know what service or courier they were going to use. But £78.50 to post a pair of shoes from the U.S to the U.K. I bet it's cheaper from a less developed country.
This ranks as the worst service and extortionate charges I've ever experienced.
