Excellent private Pilates instruction in a lovely, clean studio space. Christmas Somers is knowledgeable and supportive as an instructor and even offers video tutorials to support your practice throughout the week. She offers specialized Pilates instruction including postpartum corrective exercises. Grateful I found her studio and services.

I had a great experience working with Christmas. After taking time to check in with me about how I was feeling and what I was hoping to focus on in the session, Christmas chose exercises specifically for my body and needs, starting with decompressing my spine. Midway through the session I could feel the difference of having more mobility and space in my back. Her knowledge and expertise, gentle and informative touch, and generally calming and thoughtful presence made for a fantastic session.

Christmas is absolutely incredible! I have been working with her since I was 18 months postpartum and through my subsequent pregnancy. After my first pregnancy I had DR and was unable to regain function of my core. After working with Christmas, my DR is healed and my core is stronger now than it was prior to pregnancy. I have recommended her to friends in different stages of pregnancy. She is so knowledgeable and really challenges me. I enjoy every session I have with her.
