We were 3 people who went for a massage today. We had a $5 coupon from last time for submitting the review here. But when we were trying to use it, none of the employees could understand what we were trying to tell them. They couldn’t understand English very well so instead of applying $5 as a discount, they kept adding it like a tip and giving us the total wrong. They thought we were telling them to add that $5 as a tip. Lol. Another customer was getting really angry and rude at us as we were trying to explain the employees about the discount. They didn’t even budge about adding the amount wrong. Finally we gave that back extra money and left. If the store doesn’t honor the coupon why do they ask you to submit one here? That is just wrong.
