Realtor Joy Spencer, Oh my goodness, is the pit bull of detail. Selling my house was challenging because I was out of state. But it was a decision I had to make. Joy really took care of me. A true professional for the entire duration of the real estate transaction. Some agents are hard to get a hold of, or they coast after the property is in escrow….not Joy. She initially represented me when I bought a home, and later represented me while selling one. Both transactions went smoothly thanks to Joy. She worked both transactions on a daily basis. Her coordination with escrow and title was great and she was always one step ahead of everyone else. No surprises due to her forethought and communication as the escrow process unfolded. Having Joy represent you in your real estate transactions is just smart business. Thank you Joy for everything.
