They did an awesome job with a full rear bumper replacement on my Tesla M3P.
Right off the bat I was pleased that unlike most body shops in the area, they were great about following up by email and phone even during the initial estimate, and seemed to care about customer experience. I was also given the option to have more convenient service in South San Francisco that could take longer due to them being quite busy, or faster service if I was okay to take my vehicle to their Redwood City location.
I opted for the South San Francisco option since the shop was also walking distance from San Bruno BART, making it so I didn't need to rent a vehicle while mine was being repaired. The replacement was super smooth and the price was exactly what they'd quoted upfront. They also got it done faster than the estimated time given over the phone and when I dropped off the car. They handed the car back to me fully cleaned up and detailed.
And lastly, shout-out to Ray for the estimate and scheduling, and Bryan for managing the drop-off, pickup, and repair process. They were both great! This place has definitely earned their 5-star reviews.
