Currently 4 stars, will update if the service ends up worth it. My only issue so far is that they had a huge problem communicating progress, if you quote a date something should be done by i expect an update by that date at the least as its professional to do so, will give it a few days to see how my fixed pc runs

Finally my laptop is working great! I had a very good experience with John's PC when I brought my not very good HP laptop (that I didn't want to give up) and my son's Apple laptop. They were amazing. The decisions were explained in a way I could understand and their integrity was exceptional. They could have told me our laptops absolutely needed to be replaced (and they probably should be) but we aren't ready and they helped up tremendously. I'm very grateful to have had such a great experience.

Called into the first time to ask about AIO options for my computer because I was looking to upgrade. The person I was talking to did not know what I was asking for whatever reason was asking about "cord size"when that wasn't even relevant to what I was looking for. I wouldn't even come near this company for any help on my computer.
