Come to the location and ask for Richard! I had- hands down- the best shopping experience I've had working with Richard. I called the store, he verified the item before I made the trip out - he was waiting at the door and greeted me upon arrival. I felt as if I was treated like a close friend, we had lots of laughs and he provided me with lots of support and education in my purchase decision. I was by no means a big spender, but his customer service and professionalism didn't skip a beat. My mood was instantly lifted and high throughout the day! So many kudos to Richard for creating a great experience!

I came to this store to buy a bed. I met salesman there who kept touching me arm and pushing me to try mattress by laying on it. I didn’t feel safe at all. Please don’t go to this store by urself 🙏🏾

This review is specifically for the delivery experience. I had a recliner sofa delivered. Delivery guys showed up a little unprepared. They didn't bring enough blankets to put down while moving the furniture, and refused to move wet shoes while inside and walking on carpet. They also didn't bring right tools to disassemble the sofa so they could move it. They instead grabbed the garden hose hanging rod and asked if they could use it.
