Ordered FL Studio only to be refunded an hour later citing a security issue in my end which is ridiculous. My payment was 100% legit via verified PayPal.
Calling leads to some sketchy voicemail company directory with only them listed and a message prompt that sounds like it was recorded on the toilet underwater.
AVOID this company at all costs. Just get FL Studio from the official site.

I purchased an item from this company 2 months ago. I never received the product. All their directions to download did not work. After weeks I received a phone call from a tech guy who had no idea how to fix the issue and told me he would resolve it. I never heard from anyone again. I requested my money back several times and never got any response whatsoever. I paid my hard earned money and got nothing. They totally ripped me off!! Don't do business with these people.

JRR proved to have slow shipping times, poor customer service and less than knowledgeable staff. They sold an Item I had already purchased 2 day's prior online out from under me and told me about it. Unwilling to find an acceptable solution they canceled my order... Save your time and money and purchase your gear from a reputable retailer.
