During my first visit I offered three items for sale. I was satisfied with sale of one item and the other items they turned down. They were a bit abrupt, but were willing to discuss my items honestly. They were professional and to the point, which I love. They're not much for small talk, but things got done quickly and I left satisfied with the sale.

Going to a pawnshop you expect to be low balled but to offer $100 on a $3500 ring without looking it up or testing diamond quality is insane. Not to mention the disrespect of calling 2 unused Oakley sunglasses “cheap” that together are worth more then $400 and then not even offering anything. Honestly wouldn’t even bother going to buy or sell anything, you’ll just be ripped off

Recently purchased an Xbox one from them. The controller sold with the unit was non operational.. they kindly exchanged the controller for another unit that was in great working order!! I'm pleased with the overall customer service, definitely will be a return customer!!!
