Maybe I had my request at a bad time, but I just had 2 sweaters and three robes complete with Jenny and am I completely unsatisfied with the results

One of the patches was sewn on crooked and the robes thread color was significantly off. She reccomended I cut around the embroidery to show it better, but I am uncomfortable because I do not have much experience

The pricing was a bit high as well ($20+ tax for each set of initials ) I will have to go elsewhere to have these redone
