I called the store owner and asked what time they would be open in the morning, after confirming the time I showed up in the morning to a locked store. The store owner showed up more than two hours later arguing that he was on time, as he told me 10:00 AM JST and not 10:00 AM PST... The store owner thinks he is in another time zone... Weirdest store I've ever been to.
