I called Mr Castro for a hose adapter for my Above ground pool, and he referred me to another pool supply company. He didn't even try to help me. Haven't you ever felt when a customer service representative brushes you aside because he doesn't really want to deal with your situation. Well this is that feeling!!

I definitely do not recommend this company for you local pool needs.
