Was great while it lasted. But taking the burritos from $8 in 2020 to $10 in 2022 was understandable. Going from $10 to $14 this week is a bit too far, and takes it from being a great value to a taco stand that’s just a bit too much for what you get (and if you want guac, sour cream, and cheese on your burrito it’s $17, with menu not stating that these are extra).
Guess I’ll be getting my fix somewhere else. Still delicious though if you can justify the prices.

I’ve had really great street style Mexican food while living in Los Angeles, but I was pretty happy with Juanito’s, too. This is pretty much the best place in the immediate area. Their burrito has no fillers but just MEAT which brings them up to the top. There was some inconsistency with portions for sopes, but pretty good value overall. Will be back. Hope they find the killer.

No more Juanitos for me and my family :( I paid close to $70 for 3 burritos dripping in tasteless grease and a taco. I'd pay that at a sit-down restaurant with full service, but at a taco stand drive thru? Nah, I felt a little robbed. Specially when I asked for extra salsa and they said "we put some in the bag"...only to get home and find I got 2 tiny cups of really watery salsa. I get that everything costs more now and restaurants are struggling, but there's a limit to what I am willing to pay. I've been given less-than-fresh food in the past but I've always supported them regardless because I understand food waste can break a place and I want to support local. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see places like this surviving if they keep hiking the prices without also ensuring quality and consistency of the food.
