I was quoted $50 over text for delivery then $100 in person. The prices on the website were cheaper than those when I showed up to the store to talk with someone. Really felt like a bait and switch.

Our oven was still under warranty (it was delivered to your home with broken heating units), and it was really simple to get it serviced and fixed-up right in a timely and professional fashion. Will happily use Judd & Black again if the need arises.

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed my dishwasher repaired and an online search said that Judd and Black was the authorized repair dealer. I went there to set up an appt. for my repair and was told in no uncertain terms that they would not repair it for me because I didn't buy it at Judd and Black! How can you be listed as THE authorized repair place if you outright refuse to do them? I will never buy ANYTHING from Judd and Black! REALLY poor service. Very disappointed.
