I got referral from my nurse friend saying she is one of the best pediatrician that she has met. And she was. I cannot ask for better pediatrician for my 3 sons. Oh and her nurse is as amazing as the dr Kuo. What a great team!

So this is my experience with the scheduling lady today. I’m not sure if she is in training or what, she asks questions like what my social is which I gave her, if I have a job, what my husband do, name of company, how many people work there… 30 mins later she hasn’t asked anything about my child’s information, I asked her why these questions are necessary and she said its same everywhere, ha, none of my previous Pedeiatricans ever asked me these kind of questions, I hanged up and called another pediatrician office, guess what, I got an appointment in less than 5 minutes.
