I love having a vegan option in Ellensburg, but it’s clear their kitchen is not educated in the vegan swaps. I received a wedge salad with “cucumber herb saladette” which is truly chopped pickles, tomatoes and CELERY?! It was on the menu clearly marked as being available vegan. At the very least they could’ve let me know they were out of cherry tomatoes and they were adding pickles to my salad.

“iceberg round, fried chicken, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, cucumber herb saladette, buttermilk ranch. Can be made gluten free by request, OR make it vegan by subbing fried tofu and vegan ranch. Grilled or spiced bbq chicken available by request.”

First time here food was great, but felt more of a regular bar experience. (I would say 4 stars, nothing super special but likely time of day so bartender was busy with upkeep tasks)

But this time around, I had multiple servers check in on me, hold conversations, and they were very accommodating with my dinner order!

Nothing but good experiences so far, tonight especially. Top notch service here at Julep!
