Julie is very competent and knowledgeable, and is very supportive to both parties when mediation happens. I highly recommend her!

My wife and I just finished a very long protracted guardianship for her mother. The length of the process was no fault of Julie. In fact she twice was able to keep the timeline several weeks shorter by motioning the court in our favor. She showed great empathy to our needs in our case. Was helpful throughout the process explaining anything we did not understand and offered suggestions and options when we did not know which direction we should head. I'm glad this process is over, but even more happy that we chose Julie to help us through it.

I have no respect for this Julie Payne for some reason she can’t even give someone the respect of a phone conversation she yelled at me and didn’t even stop to listen what I was asking her. Then I found out she was an attorney at first on my step dads case until she gave it to someone else under there supervision my dad lived for only 3 months he was fine when they took him and I know she was involved. They put him in cascade living in Vancouver they never once not once took him to the restroom instead they slapped a diaper on him until the day he gave up and went to hospice and passed away on June 6 2024 all cascade gave him was Uti infections and then pneumonia he had enough . Vancouver is not the place for your loved ones . I can’t imagine a law office like Julie Payne representing anyone she has no patient to even listen to you on the phone I am a Christian and even though I was upset at her my heart was broken I don’t understand people like this all I wanted was a question answered I never even got to ask it really because she kept yelling at me God Bless America we have great people some not so much but we can pray for them. Thank you for listening 🙏
