The worst customer service don’t even bother coming here. They say one thing and then go with another. Honestly LIARS. Called wouldn’t even answer and when they did very rude and he asked me a question and I told him to give me a second to answer a question and he hung up. He then called my mother and he said he keep saying hello and that we weren’t responding and in reality he hung up on me and I had him on speaker so my whole family heard how rude he was and how he hung up on me and how he was a liar. Don’t even waste your time. If k could give a zero reviews I would because that’s how bad they are that they don’t even deserve a a star

Worst place to go to. They wouldn't accept only a deposit because they were going to do alterations. I pay up front and they don't have the dress done within the 2 weeks they said. Then after a month they did them wrong. They refuse to give a refund. Even the police came out after they called them because i raised my voice at them and police even agreed with me that all they did was lie through their teeth. They actually don't deserve any stars.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! All the ladies working for this place are very rude and pretend to be very helpful when they aren't! They blame each other and the owner is useless!!!!! When an issue comes up they pretend to call him and he seems to never be around when he's actually just hiding in the back. If you don't want to get bad news a week before your event DONT COME HERE!!!!!!! They told me they can do arrangements to my dress and it turned out looking NOTHING of what I requested and they NEVER call you to give you updates and your deposit money will NOT be returned!
