My son saw Robin for speech therapy; she is amazing and patient. I saw other reviews about the waiting room. From my understanding it is fairly sensory deprived on purpose for special needs. In addition, it is normal to not have foods/snacks around other kids who have life threatening allergies... all fairly normal for this type of environment. Staff has been nothing but polite to us.

I love the staff . They always have a smile on their faces when we walk in. Willing to help with changing appointment times when needed without questions . Christina is one of the best speech therapist we have had. She does well keeping my son on task. That says alot.

I’ve seen some good reviews of Jump Start Pediatric Therapy, and perhaps the therapists themselves are very professional and great, but I have some not so friendly experience being there as a parent waiting on the lobby. My son goes twice a week there for OT and PT and I have to make 2 different trips 2 days in a row. I usually have my 2 year old toddler that comes along. The time is very inconvenient because it interrupts his nap. Usually I bring some things to keep him occupied while we wait for an hour which also includes snacks. Naturally toddler +snack = some mess. Usually I clean up after him. Today I had to leave the lobby for a little while to go change him in the bathroom and upon coming back I was approached by receptionist and told that my child can’t eat any snacks in the lobby from now on because they cannot have any crumbs/ mess on the floor (while I was cleaning the crumbs) and that we have to go outside. It was so upsetting. It surely made me feel like we were not welcomed there and little kids eating snacks in the lobby are a big problem. Ironic that it is a pediatric therapy. You would think they would tolerate little children.
