An honestly awful experience. I was debating between 800 got junk and junking. I like the story that it was started locally and this person grew this into a large franchise. So, I went online and did their estimator, liked the price, and booked an appointment for the next day for an 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. arrival. Granted I booked the appointment at 8:00 p.m. the night before but if you're willing to take the order then don't make the next day available if you can't make it. They state they will call you 15 to 20 minutes before their arrival so at 9:50 I called to ask where the truck was. At least when I called customer service I did not have a long wait time but then I was put on hold to figure out where the truck was. They tried to tell me they'll send me alert when the truck will come but I told them I needed them to come within their window because I'm not sure how long it would take to move the items and I needed to leave within a couple hours. I was told that they were stuck at the Depot in line because they were trying to unload their items from the night before, well honestly, I don't think that is my problem. No one called to tell me I had to call in to figure this out. I will never consider junking again.

Junk King is a unique junk removal company. They provide fast junk hauling service, but what sets them apart is that they give back to the community throughout the year, especially during their annual toy drive where they collect toys for children at local Boys & Girls Clubs. In addition, a couple of times a year they have free community events where people can drop off junk for free. And Junk King pays the cost to dump and recycle what the community drops off. Very cool!
