Cynthia Juno was nothing short of professional, kind, straightforward and brilliant when we approached her about how to unload an undesirable tenant. She did not push when we did not immediately follow some of her advice, but neutrally pointed out the potential consequences of whatever decisions we might make. For not one minute did we feel ignored and in fact on several occasions her office initiated inquiry about how the problem was going.
