We recently contacted Jupmode about adding some stitching to our dad’s new Vietnam Veteran’s hat. After months of searching for the hat with everything he wanted and not being able to find it, we talked with the team at Jupmode about adding to what we could find. The team was wonderful to work with. They made drop off and pick up easy. The embroidery we asked for wasn’t cheap but it was so very worth it. The smile on our dad’s face when he saw the extra stitching that was added was worth far more than what we spent. Thank you Jupmode for always taking such great care of your customers!

Jupmode was amazing to work with. They custom designed a shirt for our students at a local elementary school to wear on our fundraiser day. We worked directly with Stephen and he made every step of the process easy.

Was looking for somewhere local to help me do a short embroidery run for the solar eclipse. Jupmode was fantastic. I worked with Frankie - super responsive and easy to work with. Prices were all reasonable compared to the research I had done. And the merch, oh my gosh. So stoked to have these. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
