I'm a stage 4 cancer patient and came to Dr. Elena in pretty bad shape. She has helped me to utilize food as medicine, and helped me to build myself back towards a place of physical and spiritual stability. The journey is not over, but I am strengthened with Dr Elena as part of my medical team.
