food was good. the burgers are well cooked. the flavors are great there are a lot of options too. i tried the katsu and the garlic fries. the spicy mayo could have been better 🤷🏾♂️. but overall good.
service was average. they seem understaffed, but the staff seems nice.
atmosphere was average. the music was good but there’s a warehouse vibe which doesn’t go very well with the type of food.

Visited this place today; my impression is simple. You order via computer, pick up when called, eat, and clean your tray. It's pricier than expected, with greasy food; I opted for lettuce instead of a bun due to my diet. Staff is friendly but not very interactive. Charges for almost everything, even sauce. Food is decent, but not outstanding. Giving it 4 stars for the unique menu and reasonable taste.

Extremely delicious Bulgogi burger! Not super oily and good meat to veggie proportions. The only downside is that the burger was pretty small for the price… other than that the restaurant is great for big groups and it has a cozy environment. I highly recommend the bulgogi burger.
