Just don’t waste your time , she’ll most likely decline you. She’s had a listing for a whole month and takes pride in having it be a popular place people want to rent and posts on her Social media but doesn’t actually give anyone the opportunity to rent it.

My fiance and i rented from this company for two years, we asked this company to give us more time to move out while my man has Covid. The real estate lady is rude and unprofessional, she told us no they would not help us during this pandemic and holidays. Such a sad way to leave this company i wish we never rented from them. We have a son who has to worry about where we will.be for Christmas.

There is an agent Kristi Pullen who was nice and answered most my questions in the beginning. I explained all our credit positive and negative and said if any issues at all I have an excellent co-signer . We just wanted to do on our own. Well as soon as she ran our credit she denied us and said she rented to another person. Ok all fine and dandy til I got our reports back! His states approved with conditions they want a co-signer. Well I call to ask her about it and she gets very hostile with me and argumentive. I had to repeatedly tell her that I’m just asking what happened. I wasn’t being rude or anything. She then tells me that she contacted our references and they all said the same thing... what it is idk but I do know she is LIEING!! She only contacted my spouses work that was all! She started to almost yell at me! I DO NOT recommend them at all. My whole family is pretty upset that she has been unforthcoming as a person. I believe this is a scam ! They take your money and lie!!! Also I asked if she had a boss and she stated she is the boss!! So no one to complain about too. This is very sad! UPDATE! They never rented the place and put it back for rent two days later!
