This location is right next to my gym and I was curious about this store even before it opened, since my fur babies are my everything. I've seen this brand at my local Petco, but I have not tried it.
One night, I believe I came in right before closing, but Jose was so welcoming. He was so helpful in finding the right products for my dogs, as one needs food specifically for kidney disease and the other has skin allergies. He explained everything in detail in the different products and categories and was very transparent. I did not get any pushy sales person vibes from him at all! He even provided free samples and treats for my dogs to try. My dogs were literally begging for it and gobbled it all up! Mia who was also at the store was very sweet and patient. My experience at this store had such a positive impact with Jose and Mia that I purchased their products the very next day! Although it was not at this physical location (I purchased at my local Petco, since I have a membership), I would love to visit this store again with my dogs in the future!
Fyi, they have an event on 4/13/24, where you can bring your dogs for a photobooth and freebies.
