Edited to add: My item was never replaced so the "owner response" is a blatant lie. Kind of like when you go in the store before you purchase something. Blatant lies and condescension. I still have the receipt and original item so your lies are funny. Guaranteeing Bluetooth functionality but not the optical cable or auxiliary functionality is guaranteeing partial functionality is it not? Talk to your staff about their nonsensical policies not spouting off at your customers just repeating what they were told.
Sold an item that didn't fully functional. Was told they only guarantee some functionality. Lol. It's a sound bar that doesn't work with a tv. Even provided video evidence it didn't work. Tried to exchange it within a few hours for a more expensive sound bar. Won't shop there again. Lesson learned. I'd rather support a big box stores from now on. If you absolutely need a pawn store the one in Havasu will give you almost double what this place will. Makes the drive well worth it. They also don't sell you garbage and give you the run around for an exchange or store credit. What a headache.
