This place is a joke! They took advantage of my handicapped elderly Mom. She was getting a mani/pedi and while I was on a phone call waiting for her, the technician who was so unfriendly decided to take advantage of my Mom by polishing her toes first and not massage my Mom's feet only her legs AFTER! What??! Why? Because they wanted their next "victim" in the chair quickly to keep making money of course! The Manager was looking at me to see if I noticed. Yes, of course! Then they had the audacity to ask my Mom to move to another chair who uses a walker so they could get their next "victim" in the chair! I said absolutely not. Her feet will dry. Don't waste your time or money going here. There are too many other great nail salons to go to in the area. How dare they treat a handicapped elderly person this way who was really looking forward to a special treat. Absolutely pitiful.

I go to this place. The lady who does my nails does a great job, but she keeps changing my appt later and later! Everyone there is friendly and cheerful and they're busy busy even on a Tuesday.

I really like most of the ladies there... Very nice! But one lady took off my acrylics and used the drill to take it off but also thinned my finger nails so much that my nails have been breaking because they're so thin. Also, when I got my acrylics done, I ask the lady to fix one and she got upset with me for telling her too late. I would like better customer service if I ever decide to come back...
