The carwash hit the side of my car during a wash and tore off my bumper. They are taking no responsibility and saying it's because my car is old... my car is a 06 and barly has 100,000 miles on it. I go through a carwash often and have never had any issues. I just had my car custom painted and they checked everything on my vehicle and it was solid. I had to set up an appointment and drive back to the carwash (35 minute drive) just to have the "customer service specialist" tell me they won't take responsibility or let me see the video. I asked for a copy of the video and he said it's their personal property and they don't show the video to anyone including insurance companies or courts. I hate to see what happens to vehicle that are actually "old" as he put it.

They guided me into the car wash and didn’t guide me in correctly and scratched up both my expensive back rims and are refusing to pay for the rims. They’re saying that it wasn’t done there when it was. Then I asked him for corporate headquarters, and they said they’d email it to me but did not. I’m going to have to take them to small claims court.
