A great little downtown gem! They have a full stock of toys and crafts for kids and kids-at-heart. The store is always immaculate, selection is fantastic and the staff is always friendly. They seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and the people that come through. If you're a tourist or native of Victoria this is the place to go for the best toys and crafts!

Had the BEST experience this afternoon at Kaboodles! I walked in and was instantly greeted by the staff in an inviting, warm & friendly manner. I was looking for an early Christmas gift for my niece and the service clerk Ashley was not only accommodating & hospitable but assisted me by showing me plenty of options that were age appropriate to my niece’s age. Her depth of knowledge about the store’s merchandise and enthusiasm for the product’s she showed me were refreshing. Excellent customer service and a wonderful shopping experience! 💖
