We initially had sold our home to Zillow (back in the day when they were buying homes). Things fell through with them, so we had to find a solution quick. In comes Matt and his team! We were referred to him by a close friend. We called Matt on a Friday and he got back to us that evening (while at his son's Football game mind you) and had a game plan in place. He had a yard sign pounded in the ground the following day, professional photos done, and it listed on MLS in less than 12 hours. Open house the day after that (Sunday). On Monday, we had an offer we accepted! Matt is super friendly, responsive, good communicator and all around fun guy! He worked really hard for us and got things done! Greatly appreciate him and Kendall and can't recommend them both enough!
