Had an appointment for my son with Dr. singer today. I was a little worried because we sat in the room for a bit waiting for the the Dr to come in. When he did I understood. He was very thorough with my son and spent lots of time discussing my sons health with him as well as me. He was also very funny! I would gladly wait the extra minutes to have someone be thorough and care. Many times lately it feels like you’re rushed through appointments without your concerns being heard and you leave thinking what the heck just happened as none of your questions were answered. I don’t feel like that will be case with Dr. Singer!

Dr. Roberts is AMAZING, this poor review is for the staff up front. If I could rate them a ZERO I would. Every encounter with the scheduling assistant on the left hand side upon entering the clinic has been terrible. She has an attitude in her voice and seem to exhibit little professionalism on the phone or in person. Today I arrived at the clinic for an appointment with my minor child, I specifically asked the nurse that he be able to speak to Dr. alone and then I be able to follow up with Dr. quickly after... My son soon arrived back in the waiting room, we waited an additional 15min for her to then say “I would need to schedule an appointment to see the Dr”.... So I need an appointment to discuss the treatment plan for our scheduled appointment?? This is NOT the first terrible encounter I’ve had, each visit/call has pretty much Resulted in some type of negative experience. I like Dr. Roberts, it’s a shame the clerk on the left seems to struggle with providing acceptable customer service. In my opinion some of the issues may be a result of bad/slow communication between the front and back staff. Regardless, this clerk isn’t doing this clinic any favors.

I had an appointment this morning for my baby girl, and we scheduled with the only pediatrician Dr. Helen Tatunay. I’m not sure of the nurse’s name who brought us into the room, but both the nurse and doctor were incredibly rude and demeaning. We got behind on my daughter’s vax schedule with the process of moving from Oregon to Washington, and were talked to as if we were neglecting our baby by both staff members. I was so angry, and both my husband and I had to bite our tongue’s the entire appointment. I also had to have the nurse re-measure my baby’s length because she would’ve shrunk an inch. My husband and I were both incredibly uncomfortable, and neither one of us had ever encountered such a judge mental atmosphere. We are not anti-vax, and wanted to do an adjusted schedule so she isn’t getting her vaccines all at once, in case she has a reaction. The Dr told us because of that she was unwilling to continue seeing us. If that’s her personal viewpoint, that’s fine, but the way we were treated was unacceptable. I do not recommend this pediatrician to anyone. Doctors should be welcoming and empathetic, not treating someone poorly because they don’t share the same viewpoints.
