Dr. Togiai and her MA are great!! She’s seen all my kids from birth and myself. Always able to get in quickly and very thorough in her appointments.

If I could give it more stars, I would! I have not had any bad experiences with receptionists or medical assistants at all here. When I call to make an appointment, reschedule, or have a question, I have been greeted and treated with patience and respect. Same care when I send a message through MyChart. My son is a patient here and has a very serious condition that "other clinics/providers" did not want/(or couldn't) manage, but Dr. Matthew Palmblad has been a Godsend for my son. I can rest assured, knowing that my son is being cared for carefully and I'm very grateful! We will drive 40 minutes for my son's appointments, but sometimes we are unable to make the journey there due to the illness, and they have caringly accommodated us with a Zoom appointment to check in on him if needed. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic and Dr. Palmblad!

The clinic is wonderful! The staff is great. I've never waited in line. My doctor seems fabulous. I have no complaints whatsoever. There's only one lab tech of you need labs done, but there's never much of a wait, and she's worth it.
