Absolutely the worst front desk staff ever! If I could give zero stars I would. Scheduling is a mess. They don't listen to you and hear your concerns. They will not let me take my disabled mother into her appointments. They want me to call and they will send someone down to get her. I've done that twice and both times she missed her appointments because they never came, yet I take her up and it's a huge ordeal..we switched to trios today.

Dr Frye is awesome. She's a straight shooter and she tells you if there's something wrong or if there is not. Luckily with me there was not. However, she was the first doctor that took a good enough look at me to figure that out. A lot of the times doctors don't care, however you can definitely tell that she does. Staff is excellent and seems to care about making you better. I would give this clinic my highest rating.

Typical corporate Healthcare. The staff does their best but are understaffed and rushed to move patients in and out as quickly as possible. The compassion and patient centered approach (i.e. Planetree) cultivated by Kadlec is gone and replaced by the typically automated, dispassionate corporate machine.
