My whole family and I been coming to Dr Wu for 8 years now. He is the best dentist we ever had. He takes his time with you. Never rush I really like his service.
This is a bad dentist! I have had an appointment at 2PM and I arrived at 1:45PM. His manager refuse to let me in and sit. I was forced to walk around the street for 15 minutes and was very much tired. After I got to the clinic at 2PM, I complained about it and they reject my opinion and says it is their lunch time. I argue that you should not make appointment at 2PM, or you can have your lunch, but you should let me sit somewhere. You can not force a old man ( 75 years old) wondering around the streets for 15 minutes! Later, another patient sit next to me and told me that woman manager is often bad to patients. Since I argued with the manager, Dr. Kai WU gave me very bad attitude and bad treatment. He says you should see other dentists. Of course I will see another dentist. But I have to point out that Dr. Kai Wu is a bad dentist.
