Renton KP Underwhelmed with service. No privacy at pharmacy. Phone-confirmed, “ready for pickup” prescription wasn’t ready — so added another 45 minutes waiting with sick people. Parking sucks with challenging access and steep inclines. (Very difficult for those that are mobility challenged.)
Call wait times to reach Kaiser have been 35-50 mins for most things at Kaiser based on calls both my co-worker and my self have needed to make.
Kaiser has taken "Group Death" to a whole new level.
Their union alleges that systemwide under-staffing is boosting Kaiser’s profits but hurting patients by leading to longer wait times and mistaken diagnoses. This has been my experience.
