Extremely long wait time (2-3 hours) with no estimate given. Once you’re in a room, doctor/nurse only comes by every 1-2 hours to check on you. The whole time I felt abandoned or forgotten about and had to raise my voice to get attention and care. Caregivers were nice once they appear, but otherwise this place is severely understaffed. My total time there was 6 hours and that’s because I gave up and left early…couldn’t take it anymore. Only go if you have an extremely serious issue, otherwise there’s nothing “urgent” about the care here

The front desk was simple and easy. The doctor and techs were excellent. My whole appointment (testing and exam) took a bit over 2 hours. The only negative aspect was having to pay for parking longer than 1.5 hours. If the appointment requires more than 1.5 hours, the patient should not be charged for parking. Please correct that problem.

I had low expectations going into urgent care, as I know this location can get very busy. I had as wonderful experience as someone can have when visiting an urgent care for violently symptomatic food poisoning. The receptionist and the triage nurse was quick and professional. Dr. Jessica Lopez and my nurse Jordan were exceptional. They were thorough and compassionate. I use my KP portal, and all my test results as well as my discharge summary were there for me the next day.
