I went into their new walk in clinic last week for heart attack like symptoms. They were very busy but very accommodating. Because of that, they were able to get me back into the lab to get a chest xray and ekg while I was waiting to be seen by the doctor. Once my labs were done they were able to get me into a room and be seen by a nurse while waiting. Every single employee I encountered was genuinely concerned and prompt while taking care of me. Although it was a severe case of acid re-flux and not a heart attack, they had suspicion that it wasn't serious but they still treated me as if it were and I appreciate the care and time they took to get me taken care of.

I have not had a bad experience with Kaiser Permanente ever. And I've had a few insurances in my life and been to a few doctors offices. I had to go get a covid test and I was in and out of there in less than 2 minutes, including waiting in line. I have to say congratulations Kaiser Permanente! You are doing an excellent job.

I was waiting at the wrong clinic, and when I called to tell them I was going to be late due to that they said that should be fine. The other clinic was 20 minutes away, so I was about 15 minutes late. I live an hour away so it’s already a pain, when I arrived they told me I couldn’t be seen. It was a complete waste of time and money, and on top of that there was zero willingness to help. My coverage ends in January and they’re booked out through December. I made an appointment three months before hand with Lindsay Jean Hamlin, easily the worst company & optometrist I’ve ever worked with, if you have a literally any other option don’t go with these guys. If I could give zero stars I would, I get everyone else is booked out and it’s probably really tough but there’s no excuse especially when I made my appointment so far in advance and was told I would still be able to be seen when I called.
