Spent 30 minutes trying to call in a simple Rx for a patient at Kaiser. Couldn’t navigate the system. Finally asked patient if we could call it in somewhere else. Reluctantly she said yes. 1 minute later Rx was called in at Safeway. Literally Done in 1 minute. If you use Kaiser for prescriptions I’m sorry. What a pain.

Very calm, Dr. Lea gave tips on my excruciating period cramps. Best doctor's visit I can remember. Which is also good because I don't remember others. I wasn't nervous and it wasn't awkward checking in the gown. Sandi was nice and I felt comfortable with her too.

Dr Wuysang & Jenna are so great! They know how to talk to the child so they feel comfortable & understand that the appointment is about them and what they report is important. They also value the parent’s input. They never seem like they are in a rush to see the next patient and want to hear what we have to say. Much appreciated!
