The problem in having "Urgent Care" in this building is the parking structure/parking accomodation. Parking space is always full to the point that you have to drive around the vicinity to look for street parking; however, the pharmacy located in this building is super-clean ... specifically the pharmacy counters, comparing to their 24-hour Pharmacy at 4867 W. Sunset Blvd which todate, very dirty with embeded dirt on its counters.
Addendum: Whoever designed or who did the interior decorations on the first floor along the lobby did not consider the hazards and liability involvement by installing cactus-like plant boxes in-between chairs. These could result to accidentally poking someone else eyes with those pointed needle-like cactus-like plants that could result to lawsuits. Those kind of plants with sharply pointed leaves should not be there inside the lobby especially the place is an "Urgent Care" where a lot of people are expected to be there, and not only that, Pediatrics Department is in that building wherein kids are/were being treated there and that's a big hazard to the kids.
Kaiser Permanente's online pharmacy is also terrible. The standard delivery window of 3 to 5 business days is often doubled without customers being made aware of that through the app or KP website. This leaves customers without their medication when they need it.
Either update the app/website with current processing/delivery times or direct customers to their local pharmacy. You're doing a disservice and sometimes physical harm to your customers otherwise.
