I was Swiftly attended to in urgent care by kind, caring, knowledgeable people. My Nurse (I forgot his name) and April (who did the CT scan) were especially wonderful. But everyone I met, from the receptionist fellow, to the Doctor, were positive and caring. It was very nice when I was so scared to be treated by people who genuinely cared. And they were that way tward every single patient. Even the female security guard was nice while still being efficient and effective. I really liked her. All the people were great! All my labs and screanings were done quickly carfully and professionally.
My experience Kaiser Medical Center was not what service I received in the past. Went to urgent care to be seen for abdominal.pain. in take nurse sent to bathroom to get us sample. I came out I could not find the nurse; was not sure what was the next step. It took longer for nurses to come and attend but when they came things picked up and the Dr assigned show great concern and compassion
