I’m sure the services they offer here are great and I would love the ability to be offered them. But I have called five times now at all different hours of the day attempting to set up an appointment and I have been on hold for more than an hour each time so I give up and try again another day only to have the same result.

I just wanted a simple covid test... I waited on the phone for 20 mins to talk to someone just for them to tell me a nurse will give me a call me back INSTEAD of waiting on the phone for another 25mins just for them to call me back and make me wait another 20mins for them to tell me they don’t have a testing site in Tacoma. Like they couldn’t have said that upfront. If this virus is such a big deal why doesn’t this billion dollar corporation have sites in every major city? This place is a joke. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
