I am furious that Kaiser is trying to monopolize the sale of medications! And in addition, providing very bad service!! I am not renewing my insurance with them!!!

The combination of not allowing third party pharmacies and an extremely limited selection of KP pharmacies is not only ludicrous, it’s potentially life threatening for those of us not readily close to one of their pharmacies. Absolutely outrageous.

These folks must be taking naps !!!! Have called every time a refill is due as this pharmacy takes FOREVER to send meds. I from now on will take by business elsewhere. Customer service in not a priority
