Kaiser Permanente's online pharmacy is also terrible. The standard delivery window of 3 to 5 business days is often doubled without customers being made aware of that through the app or KP website. This leaves customers without their medication when they need it.
Either update the app/website with current processing/delivery times or direct customers to their local pharmacy. You're doing a disservice and sometimes physical harm to your customers otherwise.

I really like Kaiser Permanente. Been with them for 25 years, wouldn't go anywhere else. That said... I've been coming to the Foothill location for a couple of years now, and although I don't have any major complaints... The tiny Kaiser pharmacy I used to get my meds from, is far superior in every way. Medication always in stock, the customer care, professionalism, friendliness and quickness of staff is amazing! Staff seems happy all the time... Staff at Foothill location seem to be always tired, even a bit miserable. But, that's based on my personal experience. Anyway, thank to all... And thank you Kaiser, keep up the good work!

After a horrible urgent care visit of the doctor spending two minutes barely listening to me or checking my throat, which feels like I’m swallowing glass… went to the pharmacy and had to wait 30+ minutes for them to pull two prescriptions off the shelf. Literally didn’t require counting pills or anything. Just grabbing two boxed prescriptions. Way to go at the $95 copay and waste of my entire morning Kaiser. I hate this company.
