Rivian's service center in Costa Mesa contracts out to Kaizen in Orange. They did a great job repainting the front fascia of my R1S since it had some chips in one corner due to panel rubbing.
However the clear coat job was done very poorly. Either they didn't bother prepping or they prepped and let it sit so they ended up trapping a bunch of dirt underneath the clear coat.
The car was delivered back to Rivian on a rainy weekend so they probably didn't see it. I didn't see it in the rain during pickup either until I brought it to my detail for PPF application right after I picked it up from the service center.

Excellent Collision Center. I highly recommend it. Both Fernando[Technician Supervisor] Lulu [Receptionist kept me 8 formed at all times. They succeeded my expectations. If the car needed extra time.
