We experienced a plumbing blowout on an old fixture that fortunately, was caught early. Of course, it happened just before a long holiday weekend. Kajik responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. Kajik was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the problem. Thanks also to the office staff that made an exception in their schedule to accommodate us. Kaizen is at the top of our list for any further plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!
I have used this company for multiple jobs and continue to be impressed with Dave's skill set, patience, and general good attitude. He is thorough and always cleans up after he's done!
