Everything! Communication was fast and easy. The online signing for closing made it very easy to fit the signing into our busy schedule. We were able to close early and moving the funding date was no problem. Great experience all around!

I had the pleasure of working alongside Kara on a transaction. My homebuyer requested a new loan officer and Kara assisted magnificently.
