Karen is the best!! She helped our family buy our dream home in Olympia. She really understood us and what we were looking for, and she skillfully guided us through the process of purchasing our house in a competitive market with competing offers. I really don’t think it would’ve happened without her. Karen is exceptionally knowledgeable and fun to work with. Karen is the best! She was knowledgeable, patient, and honest with us during the entire home buying process. Karen consistently gave us the guidance we needed to make informed decisions and was never pushy or overbearing, which ultimately allowed us to walk away from homes that were just not right for us. She also took additional steps to make sure we knew as much as we could before buying a new home, giving us the peace of mind we needed when making such a big decision. Karen was an excellent choice for helping us sell our home, totally professional and knowledgeable in all areas of marketing a home for sale. She posted the home on Friday evening and we had bids by 6 am Sat. Karen knew how to photograph the house for best presentation and kept us informed throughout the selling process. We felt very confident with her and she took the stress of selling the house off my wife and I.
I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home. She was truly a delight to work with.
