Karlee was a wonderful agent to work with to buy our home. She listened to what we wanted, set up daily emails for emerging listings that met our criteria / desired locations, and took us on numerous showings as we narrowed our search. She worked with us to understand our most important needs and adjusted the search criteria several times as we learned about the market. She was never a hard sell, and got answers to all our questions for each property. After our offer was accepted she was a valuable go-between throughout the post-inspection negotiation process. She even met us weeks after the closing for the final walk-through with the seller, as they had rented back. We have no problem recommending Karlee to anyone looking for a thorough, knowledgeable agent to help find a home.

Karlee Gibson was very helpful in our home search and willing to go the extra length to gather info on properties.
Karlee is honest and up front, didn’t play any games and listened to our needs and concerns on properties. She didn’t make us feel rushed or as if we need to put an offer in that she thought was appropriate. (This was an issue elsewhere in our journey)
We will recommend Karlee Gibson to others for the sale or purchase of homes to people we know. And if we every decide to sell or purchase in the future we will contact Karlee.

Karlee Gibson was incredible with helping my husband and I buy our first home! She sat down with us, explained the process, and made sure my husband and I felt comfortable. She had a ton of knowledge with the buying process as well as what to look for during inspection. She was prompt, professional, and available for showings at any time!
