If you never detail your car then you really need to take it here, you will be impressed. But if you have always done it yourself and think it's time to let someone else do it, you'll be disappointed. No one ever does it as well as we can ourselves, that's a given. But it was like they didn't walk around and look it over. There were quite a few spots they didn't finish but worst was the most important part of the car - the hood. Mine had a black mark about six inches long across the top, that I was able to remove with some work, fortunately. But it just didn't shine like a hood should. Overall, from a distance it looked great and would please most especially those who never had it done before... I'll keep doing my cars myself until I literally can't.

KarMichael Auto Salon is by far the best detailing shop my company has ever used. We have had 3 service vehicles detailed at both the Bellevue & Mukilteo location and they do an excellent job. A month ago, one of our vehicles had some minor scratches on the drivers side door and they were able to completely buff them out. I recommend them to any individual or company who has fleet/service vehicles and wants keep them properly maintained on the interior and exterior. We have a Nissan service vehicle with over 200K miles on it and it still looks new and is in great condition. I strongly recommend this company for not only their quality of work at a fair price but also their excellent customer service. Try them out!

Fantastic work. I brought in a company service van that hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. I told them I didn't need it beautiful, I just needed it to not be gross anymore. I had no idea the interior could look as good as it does now! Exterior wasn't as bad as the interior, but it looks better than I thought possible too. Great service at the front desk even. I'll be bringing more company vehicles and my personal vehicle here.
